How can Lifeline help you

Supply of Information Leaflets

At the very least, we would be delighted to furnish you with our information leaflets in order for you to discuss Lifeline with your patients. We can also supply you with posters and leaflet stands if you are willing to display these in your surgery/clinic or on your rounds. Place a request for Lifeline leaflets here

Presentation about Lifeline

We regularly visit health professional team meetings and briefings to present the Lifeline service, and demonstrate how the equipment works. We find this extremely beneficial for keeping health workers abreast of the latest equipment and services available, and it is also a good opportunity to answer specific questions pertinent to your professional role. (we will also bring some ‘freebies’ with us too, to make sure you always have our number to hand!)

If you would find a short presentation about Lifeline useful, amongst your own team, please do not hesitate to contact Hannah Back (Marketing Manager) by clicking here.

If you are arranging a health event (e.g. to tie in with an awareness day/week/month), and the Lifeline service would be relevant for the event audience, we would be delighted to provide a stand to inform patients about the Lifeline service. Please call Hannah Back on 0151 482 2533 with event details and we would be happy to oblige if we are able.

We as OT's refer to VNC Lifeline regularly as we believe it enables our patients to remain in their own homes, allowing them to live safely and independently. It also gives relatives peace of mind knowing that they will be alerted immediately if crisis strikes. I would highly recommend the Lifeline alarm system as I see the positive effects it has, not only on my patients but on their wider support network
